  I had a roommate in college..He got burned really badly. Scars all over half of his face.People always asked him what happened and he never told the same story twice. Me?  I never asked him what happened. I never treated him like he was anything other than a human being.   We were roommates for three years.The year he was graduating, he came to me and said I was the only person who never asked him what happened and who never looked at him funny. He said he had mad respect for that and he told me the real story.   It was awful and it's not my place to share it. But let it be a lesson. It doesn't matter what we look like on the outside. Inside, we're still human beings.

একটা জিনিস ভেবে দেখলাম.. একজন মানুষ যখন পৃথিবী ছেড়ে চলে যায়,না ফেরার দেশে, আমরা তাকে নিয়ে বড় বড় পোস্ট দেয়, ব্লগ লিখি, নিউজ করি। তার একটাই কারণ আমরা দেখাতে চাই সেই মানুষটাকে আমরা ভালোবাসতাম, সম্মান করতাম। কিন্তু সেই মানুষটাই যখন পৃথিবীতে বেঁচে থাকে আমরা একবারও তার খবর নেই না। সে কেমন আছে, কি পরিস্থিতির মধ্যে দিয়ে যাচ্ছে, ইনফ্যাক্ট আমরা তো মাঝে মাঝে সেই মানুষটার মূল্যটাই ভুলে যাই।ভুলে যাই সেও মানুষ। তারও হৃদয় আছে। সেও কষ্ট পায়। তারও ধৈর্য ক্ষমতার একটা লিমিট আছে.. পৃথিবীতে থাকতে যদি তাকে সাপোর্ট দেয়ার সাহস না রাখি, পৃথিবী থেকে চলে যাওয়ার পর তার জন্যে করা এতকিছু আসলেই অসঙ্গত… আশেপাশের পরিচিত এবং বন্ধু-বান্ধরের খারাপ সময়ে পাশে থাকুন তাদের কথা শুনোন এবং বিপদের সময় সাপোর্ট করুন। ভাল খারাপ সময় নিয়েই আমাদের জীবন। প্রত্যকটি রাতের পরই একটি নতুন প্রভাত আসে। জীবনের ক্ষেত্রেও তাই। সবাই ভাল থাকবেন।
